The headline above “Smart Glass to Become $700 Billion Market“, from Construction @ source, is a sure way to grab my attention not just because of the huge number, I so often wonder who stuck his thumb out and grabbed that number in !!, but because I strongly feel it’s probably right. Glass will become so much more than just a translucent panel. the Corning videos are a clear answer to that, with the new printing methods available its clear they are going to be more interactive. perhaps not TV and other high end capability, like shading and linking to a computer to control solar intake which is now possible and being used.
